Fees & Payments
Sessions are offered at reasonable rates, and payment is accepted via cash, credit card, e-transfer, or cheque—whether in person or online. Payment is due at the end of each appointment.
Insurance Coverage
While I do not bill insurance companies directly, many extended health benefit plans recognize my services and will reimburse you. I recommend checking with your provider for specific coverage details.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so that the time can be made available to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a full session fee.
